Nestling on the estuary where the River Teign meets the sea, Shaldon is one of Devon's hidden treasures. Thatched cottages and terraced houses line the narrow lanes, as they wend their way towards the village bowling green. The atmosphere harks back to the heyday of English village life.
Situated close to the water's edge, this spacious ground-floor apartment and garden (complete with ducks Bertie and Agatha...!) could not be nearer to the beach. Local shops (including Newsagents, Post Office, Butcher, Baker, General Stores and a Chemist) are all only a five minute walk from the house.
