There is also a shower room with power shower, hand basin and toilet. Street parking is available close by.
The apartment is available year-round, with prices ranging from £300 to £550, depending on time of year.

Port View also offers B&B - an en-suite room overlooking the river, fully equipped with TV, radio, dishwasher and tea making facility. A leisurely breakfast is served with a panoramic view of the comings and goings of river life. £60 per couple or £35 for a single.
